1. Introduction

DivineMates (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online adult advertising directory at divinemates.co.uk. DivineMates provides advertising space only and is not an escort agency. We do not employ, manage, or direct any individual whose profile appears on this platform. All listings and content are user-generated and submitted by independent advertisers. By accessing or using DivineMates you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must leave the site immediately.

2. Eligibility

Access to DivineMates is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years or over. By continuing past the age verification gate you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Accessing adult advertising content is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are browsing.
• You are not accessing this site on behalf of any person who does not meet the above criteria.

We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone we reasonably believe does not meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Hold only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or limits is prohibited.
• Notify us immediately at legal@divinemates.co.uk of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Escort & Agency Listings

Listings are created and maintained solely by their respective advertisers. DivineMates:

• Does not verify the accuracy, legality, or quality of any listing.
• Does not guarantee the availability of any advertised service.
• Accepts no liability for any transaction, meeting, or interaction arising from a listing on this platform.
• Reserves the right to remove, edit, or suspend any listing at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their listings comply with all applicable laws, including the Sexual Offences Act 2003, Modern Slavery Act 2015, and any other relevant UK legislation.

5. Member Conduct

All users of DivineMates agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse advertisers, escorts, or other members.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or messages about any advertiser.
• Use the platform to facilitate or promote any illegal activity, including but not limited to trafficking, exploitation, or coercion.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without our written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on DivineMates and will result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Any content depicting, describing, or implying sexual activity involving individuals under the age of 18. Such content will be reported to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and relevant law enforcement agencies immediately.
• Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”).
• Content that facilitates violence or coercion of any kind.
• Spam, malware, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy. Accounts found in breach of this section will be permanently banned and details may be shared with law enforcement.

7. Payments & Refunds

Membership fees, listing fees, and banner advertising fees are processed securely via CCBill or Segpay, both established adult payment processors. By purchasing any paid product on DivineMates you agree that:

• All fees are quoted inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.
• Subscription listings are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not available for listing periods that have already commenced or been used, except where required by law (e.g. the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content).
• Disputed charges should be raised with us at legal@divinemates.co.uk before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

DivineMates owns all intellectual property rights in the platform, including its design, software, branding, and original content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written consent.

You retain ownership of content you upload to DivineMates (photos, text, profile information). By uploading content you grant DivineMates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the platform and promoting your listing. This licence ends when your content is removed from the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, DivineMates shall not be liable for:

• Any services rendered (or not rendered) by advertisers listed on the platform.
• Any meeting, encounter, transaction, or other interaction arising from a listing.
• Any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of user conduct.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to DivineMates in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. GDPR & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details of how we collect, use, and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@divinemates.co.uk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users or to DivineMates. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6, 8, 9, and 13) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For material changes we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email or a prominent site notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of DivineMates after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend you review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
